iff = Group Number 0..7, see AttitudeMatrix

diff = difficulty level, starting from which the Object is displayed
0,1,2 - easy, medium, difficult

If an object doesn't appear due to difficulty settings:
- conditions 1, 2, 39, 41, 42, 44 are met for the object, 3, 38, 40, 43, 46 are not (only derivation from norm: object is treated as attacked and destroyed)
- for conditions on groups the object is ignored
- for winning conditions the object is ignored
